As a solicitor myself I know what good service is. Joy was amazing in the handling of my house sale. She kept me fully upto speed regularly but did not swamp me with unnecessary questions. She fielded requests from the buyers solicitors very well (some were ridiculous requests). There were no delays and I was never left with unanswered questions. I will be using her again.

Kimberley was great to deal with, made the process easy and understandable for first time buyers. Overall costs including Solicitor's fees were a better price than our local firms. The solicitors they placed us with were brilliant too.

I can thoroughly recommend this service! It was all done effortlessly online in a very professional manner. The whole process was set down in the online portal and we could see what progress was being made at every stage. Both Kelly and Jennifer communicated well and did a great job of getting the conveyancing done within our deadline!
